I bought tickets for today but can't come. Can I use them for another day?

Yes! Simply take your pre-purchased ticket to the ticket window upon your arrival. They will be happy to assist you with this process.

• Do I need to print my tickets?

  No, you do not need to print your tickets. When you open your email receipt, click "print link", and have it open or take a screenshot when you come to the park. We will be able to scan your ticket off of your mobile device.

• I need to leave the park. Can I come back in?

  Of course, you can! Guests may exit the park and re-enter throughout the day. Upon exiting, guests must have their hands stamped by security for re-entry into the park.

• How much extra is it if we want to stay all day after Toddler Time?

  It is an additional $10 (plus tax) per person to stay all day after Toddler Time.

• When does your 2024 season start and end?

  The 2024 season will start on May 25th, 2024 and will end on September 2nd, 2024.
