I'm not swimming. Do I still need a ticket?

Splash Kingdom is a participation facility. All guests wishing to enter the park must have a ticket.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the park. So go ahead, bring your swimsuit and join in on the fun!

• Do I need to print my tickets?

  No, you do not need to print your tickets. When you open your email receipt, click "print link", and have it open or take a screenshot when you come to the park. We will be able to scan your ticket off of your mobile device.

  Of course, you can! Guests may exit the park and re-enter throughout the day. Upon exiting, guests must have their hands stamped by security for re-entry into the park.

• I purchased a Season Pass, do I need to do anything to activate it?

  Yes, when you visit your home park for the first time in the current season, you will show the barcode in your confirmation email and we will take your photo and name then create your season pass card for you. After that, your season pass will be ...

• What if you close due to the weather or other unforeseen events?

  In the event that the park closes due to uncontrollable circumstances more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled closing time, your ticket will be reactivated and valid for use anytime during the current season.
